		<description>I totally agree, Fault Tolerance is ground-breaking, license keys are not.  I (and many customers) were glad to see this improvement.  It always makes us happy when VMware listens to customer&#039;s requests.</description>

I had to call support just to fix that -- and that was not very smart, IMHO.
